HER ALTAR partners with international carriers to deliver worldwide. We offer two shipping experiences:

| HER ALTAR Signature | $14.99 | Branded packaging, quality control inspection, custom labeling, and DHL delivery in 4–7 days via our nearest EU or USA fulfillment center. |
Orders are prepared within 3–5 business days before dispatch. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Free shipping is available on orders over $50.
Our 14-Day Guarantee
Our 14-Day Guarantee begins on the date your order is shipped, not on the date it is delivered.
Any claim must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the shipping date shown in your shipping confirmation email. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
To submit an eligible claim, you must provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos and/or videos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
- Any additional information reasonably requested by HER ALTAR
This guarantee does not cover:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
- Personal preference
- Damage caused after delivery through misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
- Minor variations in color or appearance due to lighting, photography, or screen settings
HER ALTAR reserves the sole right to determine whether a claim is eligible. Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or another remedy at our discretion. Refunds will only be issued where required by applicable law.

Last Pieces, intimate styling pieces, and sale items are final sale unless required otherwise by local law.
