Refund policy

14-Day Guarantee

Our 14-Day Guarantee begins on the date your order is shipped, not on the date it is delivered.

Any claim must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the shipping date shown in your shipping confirmation email. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

To submit an eligible claim, you must provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos and/or videos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

  • Any additional information reasonably requested by HER ALTAR.

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect size or color selected.

  • Personal preference.

  • Damage caused after shipment or delivery through misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

  • Minor variations in color or appearance due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.

HER ALTAR reserves the sole right to determine whether a claim is eligible under this policy. Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or another remedy at our discretion. Refunds will only be issued where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to reject any claim that is late, incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with this policy.
