Who is HER ALTAR?
HER ALTAR® is an independent dark fashion house and a registered trademark of omarventures LLC, incorporated in the United States. We curate, vet, and deliver alternative fashion pieces for those who dress with intention. Every product goes through our internal quality review, original studio photography, and community approval before it is listed on our store.
Is HER ALTAR a dropshipping store?
No. HER ALTAR is a private-label fashion brand with proprietary supplier relationships, regional fulfillment centers in Europe and the United States, and a full branding process including custom labeling, packaging, and quality control. Like every serious fashion label, we work with manufacturers in Europe and Asia — but what sets us apart is what happens between the factory and your door.
Where do your products come from?
We work with a curated network of private manufacturing partners — not open marketplaces. Our suppliers are evaluated on fabric quality, construction standards, and ethical production practices. We do not disclose supplier details, as those relationships are proprietary brand assets, the same way any fashion house protects its supply chain.
How long does shipping take?
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping ($4.99) — typically 7–14 business days depending on your location.
- HER ALTAR Signature ($14.99) — DHL delivery in 4–7 days, with full branded packaging, quality control inspection, and custom labeling via our nearest EU or USA fulfillment center.
Orders are prepared within 3–5 business days before dispatch. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Is free shipping available?
Yes — free shipping is available on orders over $50.
What packaging will my order arrive in?
HER ALTAR Signature orders arrive in full branded packaging with custom labeling — not generic bags. Standard shipping orders are packed with care before dispatch from our supplier.
Can I try on products before buying?
Yes. Every product on HER ALTAR includes a Virtual Try-On feature powered by GenLook. Open any product page and tap Try It On to see how the piece looks on your body before you buy.
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes its own size chart with exact measurements for that specific piece. You can also visit our Size Guide for general measurement guidance and how-to-measure instructions.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-Day Guarantee starting from the date your order is shipped (not delivered). To submit a claim, contact us within 14 calendar days of your shipping confirmation with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

After your first order, your account qualifies for the HER ALTAR Private Club returning-customer discount. Use code GOTH15 for 15% off your next order. The code is limited to customers who have purchased at least once and can be used once per customer.
When does free shipping apply?
Free shipping is available on orders over $50.
Are pieces restocked?
Some drops are limited. Last Pieces may not return once sold out — if you see something you love, don’t wait.
